Letter

We are Benjamin and Sherrie and have been married for eight wonderful years and we can’t wait to add children to our family. We are thrilled for the opportunity to adopt. Our favorite thing to do is to spend time with each other and friends. We like to play games and visiting with our families, especially during the holidays. Ben has three brothers and one sister. Sherrie has two sisters.

I grew up in Florida and love the beach. I enjoy getting pampered. I like to shop and decorate my house. I enjoy antiquing to find furniture to refinish. I recently took up sewing and I’ve made some great things. My favorites are the Christmas stockings I made for us. My greatest passion is watching my friend’s kids. I can imagine what kind of mother I will be and some things to do with our kids.

I like the outdoors during all seasons, nearer to mountains the better. I like to run races. This requires me to run at lunch with some coworkers to try and stay in shape. For fun I play soccer and racquetball. I like to play in leagues with friends. Music has always been a part of my life. I played trumpet through college and recently bought a piano so I can continue to teach myself to play.

Because of how great our families are, we hope to raise our children with the same love and teachings we had. We are active in our church, and enjoy spiritual and social activities there. We like to visit new places and discovering new things to do. We like reading, swimming, and projects to do together. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us!
