Families Supporting Adoption is an organization sponsored by LDS Family Services which advocates a positive view of adoption and provides support to birth parents, adoptive couples, children and all friends of adoption.

WIC

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - better known as the WIC Program - serves to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, & children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating and referrals to health care.

Use the InsureKidsNow.gov map to find state-specific information about Medicaid and CHIP programs. Medicaid and CHIP cover doctor visits, dental care, prescription medicines and immunizations, as well as services like hospitalizations and care for children with special health care needs. There may be premiums or other cost sharing associated with this coverage, but the programs are designed to be affordable.
